A blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Aligote, this cremant is made in the traditional manner then aged a minimum of 16 months in bottle. It has a brilliant gold hue and reveals fine, delicate bubbles. The nose is subtle with citrus and floral notes. The palate finds its balance between citrus-dominant vivacity and the finesse of pear aromas. Lovely length, very lightly honeyed and toasty.
