The legendary rose hails from Palette, one of the smallest appellations in all of France. The red grapes used in this wine are typical for this part of France, but at Chateau Simone, they translate into a serious and structured rose that is anything but typical. Rich with raspberries, blood orange, citrus, and herbs, this rich and mineral-driven rose holds onto its natural acidity, as it does not undergo malolactic fermentation thanks to the very cool cellars of the historic chateau.
A rose blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, Castet, Manosquin, Carignan, Muscat Noir & Blanc.
