An herbal and fresh red from an increasingly highly regard Piedmontese grape. Freisa is related to Nebbiolo, but it is regarded as lighter and fruiter than Nebbiolo, but not without the capability of strong tannic structure, as is the case with Brezza's bottling. Fermented with native yeasts in cement tanks with a 6 day maceration. The grapes are from their certified organic 30+ old vines.
