The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for eight months in concrete, then bottled and aged for another 4-5 months before release. This wine offers a dazzling bouquet of small red berry fruits accented with notes of red licorice and dried blueberry leather with a faint touch of sweet tobacco. The palate is awash with flavors of wild strawberry, macerated cherries and a drop of crème de cassis.
