Barter & Trade Cabernet Sauvignon is an incredible wine made by cult Paso Robles winemaker Andrew Jones. Known for his wines from California, Jones stepped further afield for this project. The grapes are sourced from the Ancient Lakes subregion of Columbia Valley, Washington. This voluptuous, structured Cabernet offers bright acidity and moderate tannins. Aromas of black cherry, vanilla, and plum lead into concentrated flavors of blackberry compote, cassis, and tobacco leaf. This wine would be the perfect pairing for a porterhouse steak or stuffed portobello mushrooms.
