The current vintage is a blend of 85% Verdejo and 15% Viura grapes, fermented in stainless steel and bottled directly from the tanks. Notes of pineapple and fennel pollen in the nose present nicely on the palate but also incorporate hints of juicy melons and citrus against surprising structure and a more savory than expected finish.
