It offers a beautifully attractive and aromatic nose of brioche, almond cream, yellow peach, pear, tar, spices, cinnamon, and red apple. The mousse is still quite present and gives way to fine, riper elements adding to the riper side. Yet the finish brings in great, zesty acidity which cleanses the whole and gives a very focused and lively feel. The aftertaste is herbal and mouth-watering, with a hint of tartness in need of integration
