"100% chardonnay, harvested with good, natural ripeness, fermented in demi-muid and rested for 10 months on gross lees. This has quite a pithy lemon nose with a fine, chalky edge. The palate has attractive weight and roundness. Really smooth and polished with a warm, grilled-hazelnut finish. Some praline to close, but very fresh and fine. A lot of weight here and a lot of concentration. Great integration, too. Drink now." - James Suckling
